The next big thing in Microsoft world is Windows 10. It may come to the market in the middle of 2015. Now Microsoft are giving demo with Windows 10.
There are some new news in Windows 10 which I found good is, now Store Apps can run inside a Window, where it was only run in full screen in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. It has the multi-desktop support. It has more good support for multitasking with more than one windows. Windows 10 is a good news for desktop users at the same time it is touch friendly for Phone and Tablet users. Windows 10 can be installed in PC, Tablet and Phone. Developers can build app once and can run on PC, Tablet and phone. Windows 10 will be more as a service concept. New features will be delivered once they are ready without waiting for a next big release. Cortana is coming to PC with Windows 10. A brand new web browser is also coming with Windows 10 with the name Project Spartan. Internet Explorer will be there in Windows 10 for legacy web pages. There are new Office App for phone, tablet and PC. Microsoft is saying that they are working on new Office desktop version which will called Office 2016.
The good news is Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 users can freely upgrade to Windows 10 within the first year after its launch (Hardware and software requirements apply. No additional charge. Feature availability may vary by device. Some editions excluded).
