Mobile devices are becoming so powerful now a days that we have almost a mini computer in our pocket. Many people are productive on mobile devices. Still computer is better in case of productivity but mobile devices have a very unique feature and that is we can work on the go.
Now a days I am using Android. One of the good feature which I like is ‘don’t disturb’ mode in Android 6. This feature is so powerful that you can set almost all combinations to meet your specific needs. I like greater control over this feature while I am working or at night.
I have many non technical friends, who sometimes become irritate because of too many information coming toward them through emails and messenger. They blame their computer and smart phone. I think this is a real problem of many of us. Many times when I try to concentrate and suddenly my phone pops up because of some notification. But that is not the fault of the device but fault of our system. If our system is not working we need to change that.
Email is the main communication system for many people in office. Personal emails like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com are also popular. People used to communicate over email more than any other communication options. Normally we need to manage multiple email accounts, one for office and another for personal. We get hundreds of emails daily in our inbox. A good email client is necessary to manage our email in daily basis. Also there are many methodologies to manage emails. What type of work you are doing with email on that basis you need to manage email. So email management is different for everyone. But there are common rules. After all you need to decide which strategy you will take to manage your email.
